Overall had a great experience. Stayed one night, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it was a good price. There is a Mexican restaurant inside, which was also great. Ladies at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. Would stay again if our travels head that way!

The stay was good , I think the price matches the quality. The bed was clean , the only thing - some towels were visibly very old , and not washed properly (yellowish color) , one small towel even had a huge hole in it.

The best thing about this place is Doug the front desk clerk. He was so friendly and helpful. He is truly an asset! Excellent customer service!! It's also nice that the location is attached to a Mexican restaurant. The property itself really needs to be cleaned and updated. I would not stay here again, but for the price it was a place to put our head for the night.

The room was rundown and the bathroom was a little dingy. Staff were mostly friendly. However, Doug and Chris were exceptional. It is wonderfully convenient to find a place that is not only pet-friendly with no pet fees.

This room was disgusting. The rooms in this place need major updates. Thank goodness I travel with my own personal towel, sheets, pillows and cleaning supples I would not dare use any of the amenities or eat at the spot thats attached to the hotel, they seem too filthy. On a more positive note, the gentleman that was working at the front desk in the evening was very pleasant. I wish I remembered his name he is the only gem this place has to offer!

We loved our stay. Very clean. We booked two rooms for our young family and they gave us connecting rooms. It's definitely on the top of our list when traveling with children.

They should repair our room door, it's was too laud in the night, you can't really sleep. If someone leave their room, you will know it.

The toilet in room 201 was leaking at the base causing my floor of my bathroom to be soaking wet everyday. I told the staff about the issue and they said that it must just be a wet shower curtain from the previous customer that stayed there. It was not. The toilet leaked all over the floor everyday.

Two washers and two dryers and only one washer was working. Neither dryer. Someone left clothes in the washer and dryer for over a day. I finally removed them from the washer and washed my clothes. I then removed the clothes from the dryer and filled it with mine. After thirty minutes I checked the dryer and it was stone cold and the clothes just as wet. Bed was not comfortable nor was anything in good condition in the room. The staff was pleasant enough so it’s not their fault it’s a rundown hotel. I would pay more at another hotel rather than stay here. It had OK ratings and I’m confused as to how that’s possible.

If you're looking for a place to stay that's affordable, clean, and serves as a good home base while you're out exploring, this hotel gets the job done. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there's a nice restaurant right across the street where you can grab breakfast. The bed was comfortable, I felt safe and secure during my stay, and housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean and making the bed while I was out for the day. There were a few maintenance issues with the room. The bathroom fan didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, and when taking a shower, water came out of both the bathtub faucet and the showerhead at the same time. None of these things were a major inconvenience for me, but they're worth mentioning. This is a pretty basic hotel. If you're looking for luxury accommodations or extra amenities, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you just need a comfortable place to sleep, friendly staff, a clean room, and a reasonable price, it's a good option. The location was also convenient for exploring nearby areas like Watkins Glen and Ithaca, which was exactly what I needed for my trip. Overall, for the price I paid and what I needed during my stay, this hotel checked all my boxes. It's nothing fancy, but it served its purpose, and I was satisfied with my stay.
