"Stayed with wife and 2 children in a suite. Spacious and clean. Helpful staff well versed in English. Suite comes with kitchen, living room, fridge, oven, washer and dryer. Offers free japanese calligraphy at level 2. The only minus is that the onsen is not within the building but a 7-10min walk to another building located further down the street. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor, sauna as well as sauna. There are a few free private rooms but likely to be occupied unless you are in luck."

"Unfortunately, my stay did not live up to expectations. While the staff were friendly, there were several aspects of the experience that left me disappointed.
The room was generally clean, but I found a strand of hair on the bed and another by the sink on arrival. Check-in was fine, although the reception area is oddly placed as it shares the same space as the bar, which felt a little unusual.
I didn’t try the breakfast because the menu offered a limited selection. The kitchenette was useful...

"The whole place was dusty and dirty but it was so cheap you can only complain so much. I wouldn’t stay with a partner but was fine for my short solo stay. The silverware wasn’t organized and the dust behind the microwave was nasty. The front area was really dirty and there was plenty of dust and hair (not mine) in the bathroom when I showed up. The door was also just open when I came which was eh. Just leave the keys in the lockbox like you said next time. The freezer area of the fridge didn’t...
