"Uns wurde ein Zimmer gezeigt, welches wir nicht gebucht hatten. Es war eine Notabsteige in einem Nachbarhaus. Unerträglicher Gestank. Schmutz und überstrichenen Schimmel, Lichtschalter ohne Blende und somit freie Stromkabel. Wir haben das Zimmer nicht bezogen und sind in ein Nachbarhotel eingezogen. Personal war frech und hat uns beschimpft."

"Everything about this property is perfect! It’s impeccably clean and aesthetically beautiful. The staff are warm and attentive, and the welcome note and locally made bread in our room really made our check in fantastic after a long day of traveling. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had, so don’t skip out on that! The location can’t be beat as it’s centrally located in the center of town. The train station is a five minute walk, and the spa in the sixth floor was great! We will be back!! "
