"We paid a premium for a Premier Suite. The ‘suite’ was two average, separate rooms next to each other, and there was nothing ‘premier’ about either room - or the hotel…. it needs updating. We had an open drain smell in the bathroom, dirty and threadbare carpet, cracked and broken furniture and floor skirting…. Just all a bit disappointing and underwhelming.
The roof terrace/restaurant has a fabulous view, but no internal area, so eating outdoors is the only option.

"We loved our room, which had two connecting rooms and two bathrooms. Great for when you are traveling with a teenager and everyone wants some space. The staff was also super helpful and helped us arrange a balloon ride and an ATV tour. The on site spa was excellent. It was an hour and a half of pure bliss. I would highly recommend."

"If you a food fanatic like me this hotel is in the best location , the street is full of restaurant and bars so you are literally spoilt get ready to be pulled by each restaurant staff to try their cuisine.

"Unfortunately as a returning guest I didn’t feel very welcomed at all. The staff were very unhelpful and not once did I feel like I was looked after I sat for 30 minutes in the restaurant before anyone even come over to me to ask if I needed anything. I was let down a few times In the restaurant however most of the staff at the pool bar was lovely, it’s a shame I felt this way as the last time I was there the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating."
