"This was one of our favorite places to stay on our 12 day trip through multiple cities. The staff was exceptional and helpful. Breakfast included each day and a complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The hotel is very close to all main attractions in Florence. Convenient lift to get your luggage to the upper floors. I highly recommend this hotel. The interior design was well done!"

"Loved this full service hotel close to everything via an easy walk. It was quiet and comfortable with an on sight restaurant and breakfast included with the room. It was a great home base for three days in Florence and we were able to do some laundry too! Very friendly staff. Would stay again if ever back in Florence."

"Had a fantastic stay at Bernini Palace. Our room was extremely comfortable and beautifully appointed. The public spaces are beautiful. Service was excellent. Breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room was divine. The location of the hotel was central and a stone's throw from Piazza della Signoria. I would absolutely stay here again!"
