"Superb hotel set in a stunning area. The views from the hotel room are breathtaking. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are superb. The bar and restaurant offers terrific variety of food and drink, which is all high quality. This is all the more impressive given how remote the area where the hotel is. The spa is world class. A must stay. "

"Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality."

"It’s a great property with a fantastic location. The guided tours are excellent. Let down a little by slightly tired rooms. Hotel need a refresh but staff and location are the best!"

"Spectacular design(exterior and interior), room is spacious. Amazing view of the lake/fjord with mountain at its background. Downtown is just 3km away from hotel, can easily access by Uber or Taxi. Staffs are friendly and helpful."

"The staff are all very lovely! They prepare the breakfast just for me cuz I had to leave early. And the lady helped me with transportation to bus station because there was no Uber in the morning. Overall a great experience!"

"El lugar está cerca de Torres del Paine por lo que tiene una gran ubicación. El personal super amable, el lugar limpio. Muy acogedor. La localidad es muy pequeña por lo que no hay mucho que hacer, pero si regresas del parque cansado es el punto perfecto. Pero si quieres opciones o inclusive combustible, hay q ir a Puerto Natales."
