"A nice hotel, but if you don’t have children please book the sister hotel next door Ella Elissa. Helea is a very big, very busy hotel full of screaming children. Rooms are nice but again can hear babies crying all night. Perfect for families with young children, but anyone else should seek an alternative."

"We booked a double height suite. This was a great design, but the balcony was covered in bird feces. The breakfast was very disappointing as the crossiants were booked with all the pastries and tasted sweet. Also the baked beans were bot cooked and at time cold. Also the mushrooms were tinned snd not fresh. But on positive note the staff were excellent."

Die Auswahl an Speisen hält sich begrenz und man bekommt oft nur das selbe Essen. Es gibt nur 3 Kinderstühle im Restaurant und am Pool muss man auch für Stühle kämpfen. Am Pool bekommt man fast nie das Glück liegen zu bekommen. Es sind viel zu viele Handtuchableger. Die Rutschen sehen auf den Bildern schöner aus als sie wirklich sind. Die Umgebung ist sehr schlecht. "We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June. My son throughly enjoyed his pool time in the kids pool area. We stumbled on the kids club one night while we were out and loved that they had that for the children...
