"The minimalist rooms and Fernando the receptionist were very nice.
The location is noisy because of the unhoused people screaming and doing drugs all night, the dumpsters being picked up and the evangelist church accross the street.
The location is very convenient for the Center and the Old Town but you really do not want to be around there after dark.
Lastly the cleaning staff did not perform to my standard.
The cleaning was only superficial. Towels were not changed once in a week and the mini...

"Plusses: amazing location, very helpful and friendly personnel, sauna (needs 30 minutes heads up), good restaurant for dinner
Negative: very outdated rooms, outlets available only under the table - nothing next to beds etc. (same for my coworker's room) - I had to request for an extension cord, gym is only 1 cables machine and few weights - not really a gym. No AC during their winter period - only central heat (no cooling option).
I am not saying it's a bad hotel - just be aware what you are...
