"This wasn't the 4 star hotel I expected.We was a family of 4 in a family room. 1) I asked for extra pillows for the room as we wanted extra pillows. There was a belief of disgust of asking for an extra pillow. Even to the extent the staff member came to the room and said one pillow only person person.
