"Exceptional stay in every way. We will be back"

"A group of us booked eight rooms at this hotel as our base for a four day trip to Valencia. The rooms were booked as double rooms for single occupancy - all of them turned out to be double rooms with twin beds. No fridge in the bedrooms and UHT milk provided - both of which were a disappointment. The safe requires a strange key which has to be asked for at reception - again a disappointment as this was not advised upon checking in - it just seemed like the safe door had a hole in it and wasn't...

"Great location. Clean with everything you need. Staff helpfull and friendly. Would recommend"

"This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in the space of 5 months and we love it! Rooms are huge and beds are extremely comfortable. A huge positive is location- right in the centre of the Arts and Sciences area and a few steps away from all the shopping you can do! Also buses stop outside or a short walk away. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!"

"Pleased I did choose NH Valencia Center. If you travel a decent amount, it is not a 4 star but a very good 3 star! Location wise, I thought it was"

"The 7th floor is a great place to rest, with a bar and nice pool."

"Location is quite central, staff was good and helpful. However the room was quite dirty, and the glass door separating room and bathroom cannot be closed properly."

"Good location. Good facilities. Perfect for small families."

"Tot be"

"The staff was exceptional going above and beyond to make us feel like we were at home. Loved the location and the breakfast was the best. If I ever go back to Valencia I am staying there again."
