"The hotel is lovely. The food was lovely. What I didn’t like was having to book for breakfast ( because they said it wasn’t a booking, just an expression of preference) and having to sign to say you won’t spend more than 45 minutes eating breakfast, or more than 2.5 hours on dinner. I dont like having to clock watch while I eat. I am also really annoyed that we ordered alcohol free beer and they served my husband ( 3 years sober recovering alcoholic with cirrhosis) alcohol!"

"Great location and within walking distance to all key areas in the city. The staff were very helpful. The shower needed a deep clean. Air conditioning was advertised but it wasn't very helpful if it was indeed working."

"Small but conveient room close to the airport. It was ok for the night while waiting for a connecting flight. Would not want to spend more than 1 night in thr cramped room. There is no light switch in the bathroom, just a motion sensor so thre light comes on at night if you enter the bathroom."

"I'd never stayed in a hostel before so I was nervous of everything people say about hostels. I had no need to be worried. Staff were super helpful when I first got there as I prefer having a key rather than using my phone, so they set me up with that, and were more than happy to ensure I had a lower bed due to my disability. The solo traveller meet up is a fantastic idea, and the free drink which comes with it was a fantastic bonus. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, it was just a shame...

"Really comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom. Rooms are a bit small and could do with more hooks in bathroom for drying towels or in the room. Excellent location for sightseeing and place to swim in the river across the road. We didn't have breakfast there or use the bar; and abundance of bakeries within easy walking distance and lots of great restaurants and bars close by also."

"The receptionist was a bit cold and not very helpful when giving directions or local recommendations. One thing I really didn't like was the luggage storage policy. If you arrive a few hours before check-in, they charge you for the entire day to store your bags. I arrived at 12:00 p.m.; my room wasn't available until the 2:00 p.m. check-in time, and I was still charged the full daily storage fee.
