Cari Hotel di Van

"Parking was a challenge, despite the hotel offering parking as a feature.. Parking is a small shared lot adjacent to the hotel. Space may or may not be available. Our car was blocked in one night. Very inconvenient. Van is notorious for inadequate parking. On street parking spots are often ‘deserved’ by use of pylons, tire, crates, etc."

"We’ve stayed there for 4 nights. It is not a real 5-star hotel. There was no soap, toothpaste and other things in the bathroom. Staff were really pushy. While checking out we were asked whether we had used anything from the minibar or not. When we said no they answered,”you used one item (in fact emphasized) and they showed us an unpacked chips pocket!!! When we said no they used a very offensive body language! Although they accepted finally and didn’t charge us, it was terrible behavior....

"The hotel is a great place to stay The ride to airport was great as well; the car was really clean and Mohammed was excellent! See you next time."

"I was not happy with their services and about breakfast I can say very very bad."

"World class staff, will help you with everything"

"Nutcrackers is so good"

"very nice people work room was very clean. I appreciate."

"After an initial booking problem, the hotel owner Mr Doğan and hotel manager Mr Açıkgöz did their best to accommodate us and provided an interim solution for the first night and two nice rooms for the second. The hotel facilities are great for families and the private beach at the lake is perfect for a morning swim. Great sunset views for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Would come back again if we were to stay in Van."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious. Cleanliness, maintenance, and breakfast were okay, but below what I’d expect from a five-star hotel."

"The hotel was not clean. The staff were not friendly and collaborative. The breakfast and buffet was terrible."

"Ulaşımı kolay şehir merkezinde, temiz bakımlı bir oteldi."

"It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü ve kibarlardı erken checkin konusunda çok yardımcı oldular."

"Beddings were old and stained. Some of the advertised amenities (stove top) were not available and staff simply shrugged it off. Parking was promised but there was no parking space other than whatever space was available in the street nearby. The restaurant only had plastic dishes. The photos on the website did not match the suite."
