"Great AC and hit water shower. These are must for us in hot and humid weather. Chdck in instruction was not accurate. No room number and wrong door code Fortunately, Blanca the staff was able to greet us and took us to our room with the right code. Very roomy and good view with a private bath and shower. "This was a very nice stay and the room suite had great qualities. Unfortunately, there wasn't a way to fully close any of the doors or windows and so all of the constant noise from animals, partying, and construction around the hotel were impossible to escape even when trying to sleep. The bathroom also only had shutter windows into the suite with no other light or ventilation which meant no privacy. The hotel itself was fine but minimal with cleaning, but only a free coffee nespresso pod...
