Great location close to train station, Gornergrat Railway, and the main street. We could see the Matterhorn from our window. We appreciated the shared amenities, from well-equipped kitchen and canteen area to luggage storage we used before check-in to laundry (for a small fee)."

"The hotel is in a great location! We stayed 6 nights and the staff were extremely helpful with dinner reservations, tickets and recommendations. The hotel is not air conditioned and sleeping was a little uncomfortable but fans were installed in our room to make our stay more pleasant. The breakfast is outstanding. The hotel provided transfers to/from Tasch - it was executed perfectly. Our shower and linens were wonderful. Our check-in could have been smoother but in light of our overall stay I...

"Lobby locks down and doesn't open again until 7am. So if you are planning an early coffee and getting some work done - don't. We were "upgraded" from this hotel to another hotel - which meant, I had to pack my bags and walk another 1/8 mile to the next hotel rather than enjoy the hotel I had booked."
