"This was a great hotel to stay at on the last day of our trip to Albania. It is close to the airport, and the pool was great to cool down in after the drive. It was still before the busy season and the hotel was almost all to ourselves. We are dinner as well as breakfast at the restaurant and the food was very good."

Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort...

"The hotel was lovely, clean and well maintained. The food was excellent. It was disappointing that the spa was not open during our stay. While the staff were helpful, a more welcoming and friendly approach-such as smiling by some of the staff would have enhanced the whole experience."

"Everything was fine, not perfect but good. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of noise I heard while sleeping from bothering the road closeby and also some other guests, so I would say it's quit noisy but overal, especially with the place, view and nice staff, I would say it's worthit"

"Wonderful ambiance, many birds, roses, fantastic pool and the restaurant's chocolate souffle was out of this world!!! Lovely wood furniture room, big high quality tiles bathroom. Good value . Only bummer was upon checkout woman gave me an earful when I couldn't locate card key which I thought was somewhere in room. She was mean, said I didn't follow the rules. I've never experienced such a caustic attitude from a hotel employee!"

I was travelling all through the Balkans and no place went out of their way more than Hotel Ebel in Tirana. Excellent location, great access to good and drink even on the premises connected. "The hotel appears to still be under renovation. However, my room was clean. The staff was amazing. I was unable to try breakfast due to my early morning. Excursions, but the view from my room was spectacular of the mountains."
