"Room 309 in the towers. - There was NO hot water at 5:00AM for a shower - The toilet paper holder is literally falling off of the wall"

"plenty of hot water, comfy beds, wi-fi worked. Walls were thin, noises from other rooms was unpleasant, Bathroom door could not be closed and another couple we were traveling with had to complain about their sink falling off the wall. There was no laundry room and no laundromat nearby. If you wanted you room cleaned you waited seven days or paid a forty dollar fee. a/c didn't do much good. Needed more than one person at the front desk. Front desk, lobby area and restaurant/bar were quite nice"
