"The treadmill in the fitness center didn’t work, the hot tub was colder than the pool, the floors of our room felt like the subfloor was rotting through, the bedding we got for the pullout couch for our kid was filthy with “mystery” stains, the only hot option for their “free” breakfast was the waffles, the whole place reeked of cigarette smoke."

"Vast difference between what the pictures show and the sorry state of the place. We expected bare bones, but the soul sucking sadness made me vow always shell out for a better place to stay. Even Motel 6 next door would have been an improvement. Dingy. Sad. Broken. Smelled like cigarette smoke. The first floor was actually down a flight of stairs if accessed from side door. On a very hot day, we had to maneuver around staff person sitting in smoking in parking lot to access the side door closest...
