"Overall I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here a few times. This was my first poor experience with room availability. I reserved 2 queen beds, when I got to the property I was told my room “had a maintenance issue” and only King beds were available, with the understanding I could move to a 2 queen bed the following night. I attempted to move the next morning before heading out for the day and again no rooms were available. I asked to be texted with availability, that did not happen. I had a...

"Front desk was very unprofessional, hang up phone asked from information on why the lights went out. Was told to sit in the dark the remainder of the night because maintenance was off "

"No clothing rack for hanging clothes, shower water was only luke warm, the towel quality was very poor, other guests would go door to door bumming"

"Staff were amazing!!! Both the gentleman working first shift and the lovely lady working second were awesome. There were things outside of their control, like literally no mattress on a room that advertises a sofa bed (She went above and beyond to get us something for my son to sleep comfortably in) it was very disappointing that we paid for this room and did not have that bed available."

"The breakfast is just pastry’s and bananas. Wasn’t that good."

"Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling."

"Booked this hotel on my way to Myrtle Beach. I was driving through the night and decided to stop after six hours of driving for a few hours of sleep. Booked the hotel through Expedia very quickly and easily. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again. "

"This was our first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The pool was dirty, breakfast was cold, and the juice machine was out of service. There was even a rat trap with peanut butter next to the fridge, which was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were dirty as well. We were in town visiting our son at the Air Force base, and this stay really put a damper on our trip. Hopefully, if we ever choose to stay here again, the experience will be much better."
