"The Hotel is in a fabulous location in the historical part of Valencia however despite it being centuries old our room was a grey concrete painted box. Our room was a good size, very dark with an open bathroom! Not sexy at all when you’re travelling with a friend!! when getting ready, one of us had to brush our teeth with our eyes shut as the other one had a shower. "This place was great. Staff from the moment of arrival were attentive and friendly. The rooms were well laid out, modern and very clean. The roof top bar and swimming pool areas were great with nice views over the city. The gym was also well stocked and the in site cafe and restaurant, along with the adjoining food court also added value to the stay. "Wonderful hotel I enjoyed it very much. Everything was perfect with the exception that we booked four nights through Expedia and included breakfast. Once there, I realize that I was unable to eat most of the food on the menu and asked at Reception if I could cancel the additional breakfast portion, I was told at the hotel that they were were unable to do this and that I would have to contact Expedia. "The staff was not that friendly. The lady that serves breakfast it’s not nice. The shower doesn’t look clean. In my room there was only one nightstand and the side with the outlet for you to charge your phone it’s on the side I didn’t have a nightstand, so my phone had to stay on the floor while being charged.
