"Very nice hotel, I do appreciate all these friendly staff and the gorgeous breakfast! Safe and quiet hotel, worth your money in such a nice city!"

"The room was a good size but with a rather bland in design. The bed was large and comfortable. The AC seemed to struggle to maintain temperature and was quite loud. The shower also had a couple of issues. First was that, like the AC, the temperature control didn’t work very well. The water temperature would vary from luke warm to uncomfortably hot at times - without you adjusting it. Also the shower had two opening corners that were missing gaskets at the bottom so a lot of water ended up on the floor unless you were very careful. The location of the hotel made it easy visit a lot of tourist spots on foot. The included breakfast was reasonably good. The items were oddly distributed so you had to look for things that would normally be together e.g. butter near the bread."

"Great property with a really convenient location. Just steps away from Chapel Bridge and also very close to the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly and even helped us booking our tickets for Mt. Pilatus. "

"Great location just one street back from the lake front. A good price for the area. Rooms were a good size. Only a short walk to the train station. Breakfast had enough options to find something we liked. I would return to this hotel if back in the area."
