"Upon checking in, we went into our room and it was upgraded according to staff due to accommodate the city views. I paid for a king sized bed and that’s all that mattered to me personally, I did not care about the view. When walking in, the bed was stated to be a queen sized but it did look smaller ..."

"Everything went well -only notes that made me not do 5 stars were: no blow dryer in room, only 1 soap in bathroom (should be 2 for sink & shower), and shower curtain allowed floor to get soaked. Minor things but could be improvements."
