"1- I reserved a room that was classified at Expedia as king size/2 twin bed. I forgot to request a king size bed but I am normally given at check in, upon request, a room with a king size bed at any hotel. When I asked for a king size bed, the receptionist said no king size bed was available for the category I booked for but at a higher category only where I had to pay extra. "Super Clean and great location"

"Excellent place with a great location. We enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of room for four (it's surprisingly spacious!) The one challenge we faced was that, due to repairs, the A/C for our room wasn't functioning, and it was exceptionally hot on the day we stayed (during a record-breaking heatwave). However, the staff, once contacted through the website, was able to bring us fans for our place which made sleeping much more comfortable. Overall, we'd be happy to return."

"Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, fünf Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt in gut mit der Trambahn und der Metro zu erreichen. Frühstück hervorragend, Zimmer mit Blick zum Fluss sehr schön und sauber. Einziger Nachteil: der Pool am Dach ist nur 50cm tief und kalt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen."
