"Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. "Our group of 7 students and faculty from my college had an incredible stay at Kasara Resort in Chitwan National Park. From airport transfers to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The resort was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Rooms were comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent—professional, welcoming, and attentive.

"The staff were brilliant and they were very attentive and helpful. The amenities are excellent, the room was clean and spacious. Great continental breakfast and very good freshly made food from the restaurant. We had a fantastic day with the hotel guide into the Chitawan National park. Highly recommended!"
