"I am struggling to write this review because we were unable to locate the hotel. We attempted to contact the hotel several times before our arrival, as requested, and got no response at all. When I called the number provided, it was not a hotel…. We tried to locate it by the address and by the directions option and there was not a hotel at that location. Hotels.com was no help. I am very disappointed with this transaction."

"Staff did a lot to be helpful. very friendly too. Only two stars, remember. But well above most other two star hotels. Making connection for the transfer from airport was difficult due to language issues. And the location of hotel is a long way from that shown on the Hotels.com website.
