B&B di Devon

"Very old building, but the room was modern yet maintaining the atmosphere of a 400 year-old inn Evening meal was good with multi choices breakfast also Would stay here again without hesitation Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful"

"The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. There is a Greggs and Subway which is very handy for food etc. also the garage station is a Londis which sells items as well. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional. Unfortunately the Roman blinds at the windows you couldn’t open and close which doesn’t...

"Set in beautiful grounds was lovely to sit at the top of the gardens with a glass of wine taking in the view. Nice room, not particularly big. Everything was well maintained and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great both evening and breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Shower was great (if small) and the homemade shortbread was a nice little touch my son enjoyed as part of his breakfast. The breakfasts were also really good. They were very flexible on items on the full English and the ingredients were good quality with proper sausages, thick bacon and thick slices of good bread. The two women working there were great and the service was excellent though. They told another guest they only took it on last year and are doing it up but they need to either do it...

"Lovely and clean room gorgeous balcony staff absolutely amazing breakfast fabulous indeed yes view was lovely from the balcony right to the beach all in all incredible"

"Clean room, nice and quiet location, very friendly staff."

"Claire was an amazing host, really couldn't have done more. The property is up on the hill overlooking the harbour and whilst the room was small it had everything needed and some great little touches like binoculars on the window sill. Would definitely stay here again."

"Car park nearby free after 6pm.Attractive building on the outside, entrance straight into rather beery bar and games area. Untidy bar top serves as reception. Route to rooms through function room ( fortunately only a small dance class took place on the night of our stay). No separate dining area so chose not to eat there. Very limited food option in Modbury. Room itself clean, tidy, and quite comfortable. Fairly constant through traffic for light sleepers, but ear plugs supplied in room....

"Friendly staff, very clean room and comfortable bed. Good choice of breakfast. Great location for the marina, bars and restaurants. Overall a great experience and would return ☺️"

"Great room with lovely seating area in the middle of Ilfracombe. Carparking handy and cheap. Lots to do and see. Just one problem with the gutter outside the room leaking with heavy rain and very noisy. A part from that, perfect, with Woolacombe bay surfing just 15mins down the road."

"Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage - wir hatten die Familiensuite und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer war sehr groß , liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte sogar Blink aufs Meer - der Check-In war super einfach und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit - wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und kommen gern wieder"

"Fantastic hotel Staff & owners are very special to their guests 3 time staying here outstanding breakfast"
