Very pleasing location with great view to Bristol Channel. Super friendly and helpful young couple is running it. If we would be in Lynton again, definetely we would consider to be there again!

Sam and Annie are delightful hosts. The views are stunning, breakfast is top notch and the property is well located for the Tarka Trail and the restaurants in town

Lovely homely hotel with the the friendliest hosts in Sam and Annie! A return stay for us for 3 wonderful nights. Comfortable, clean, cosy, peaceful, and with a fantastic breakfast! To top it all our room had spectacular sea views. Superb restaurants and cafes within 5 mins walk and the best coastal walks in beautiful North Devon. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend…and we will return.

Very welcoming host. Comfortable room with fabulous sea view. Great shower, a little warm overnight but we've had extreme temperatures. Breakfast cooked to order and really tasty. Location was great as we walked to the Valley of the Rocks straight from the hotel. Limited parking but we were saved a space nearby on the road. Would thoroughly recommend. Lovely spot, thank you 🙂

We booked the wrong room but Sam was brilliant in moving us without a fuss. Accommodation was exceptional, spacious, comfortable and clean. Location was perfect and so quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice position above the town and for exploring the local area. Expect to be challenged by the odd hill or two but you are rewarded by fantastic views. The deluxe studio was small and well equipped but not really “deluxe”. If you moderate your expectations this place provides everything you need for a stay in the area.

From the lovely friendly welcome to the fond farewell, we could not have asked for a better place to call our home for 3 days, perfect location to walk along the south west coastal path to Valley of the Rocks, 5 min short walk to Lynton Town and 15 minute walk down to Lynmouth. Our room was perfect for the two of us, gorgeous view of the sea from our comfy bed and really peaceful. Sam and Annie are fabulous hosts, who cannot do enough for you, the breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. We will certainly be staying here again and will be recommending to all our friends and family.

The owners of this beautiful BnB were so lovely and helpful. The view of the sea is stunning and it is very walkable into the town for dinner/shopping. I definitely recommend staying here!

A really wonderful little hotel

One of the nicest hotel stays we’ve had. The staff were friendly and cheerful and the room was really lovely, with a fabulous view out to sea.

Great B and B with an incredible sea view. Room had everything we needed and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, thinking of all little details

Breathtaking location

Absolutely stunning location with amazing sea views. The location is fantastic as its an easy walk to both Lynton and the Valley of Rocks. Delicious breakfast, plus well stocked bar.

Beautiful Location; James & Sam are just lovely.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this delightful establishment to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's an absolutely ideal location, clean and restful. Incredibly welcoming staff, not to mention the best shower I've had at a hotel in many years.
