"I paid for the location, the "business center" and because they said online this property had free newspapers -- which it didn't. I generally enjoyed the room, although there was a loud hum in the bathroom for most of it. I didn't find the staff particularly helpful when I arrived, as I asked about using the business center (a computer) and they gave me the runaround, although I used it anyway. Staff was much better when I checked out, guiding me with my questions about going to the airport...
