"1 bed unit. stayed before - all really nice usually. Condition of building & housekeeping has deteriorated. House staff only able to do what they can - numbers have reduced noticeably. Housekeeping staff very helpful when problems arose. 1. had to move to 4 different rooms over 10 days 2. door closure broken - door slammed 3 Heat pump smelled like old socks when turned on 4 Hob fan would not turn off at all once cooking finished - so fan on all night! 5. When bath plug removed - water came up...

"Near the highway, noisy most the time and you can hear traffic through the windows - take earplugs. Otherwise does the job. I'd probably book the Holiday Inn express if you prefer less noise."
