Carolyn and Paul were perfect hosts available when you need them but not intrusive. It felt like we had the place to ourselves and the distance from the other cabins ensured our privacy! "A perfect place to stay. The rooms are pristine and beautifully decorated. Large comfortable beds. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly and there is a warm friendly vibe throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and a vast choice. Lovely grounds around the hotel for a leisurely stroll. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Hunter’s Valley. "
