"My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area."

"Toilet seat was broken when we arrived and lady at apartment said it would be fixed that day. Also called someone about it a day later and was told it would be fixed. We left on the fifth day still no repair. Toilet was usless as every time you sat on it felt slippery and dangerous consequently was hardly used had to go elsewhere. Then I could not get my car out of the garage so had to ring someone who told us to push the garage door up and put a cone in front of the sensor so it didn’t come...
