"Check-in experience was great. Luke at reception was very welcoming. Helped kids with start-up colouring activities. Overall team was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. But few things were changed since my last visit. No more in house barista coffees and fresh apples for juice."

"We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room. We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay. The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned. Proceed with caution..."

"New, well appointed apartment hotel in Paramatta. Room very clean and well equipped with kitchen and laundry. Onsite secure parking was greatly appreciated. Located close to the central shopping mall. Great staff assistance."

"This is the second year running we have stayed here as we perform at Light The away Dance Convention at The Colosseum Theatre. The room has always been comfortable and clean and the motel is in close proximity to where we are performing. We look forward to staying here"

"I have stayed here in the past and found that the room was clean along with the dining/breakfast area. Breakfast was good and not crowded with enough food. The Vittoria coffee is crap but that was the only thing that I didn't like but no big deal. Parking is easy and free. I will stay there again."

"Very good place to stay. Our king bed room felt spacious. Powerful shower with good temp range, but in a tub base. Had all the necessary bathroom amenities. Bed was comfortable. All basic amenities included. Seems it's been recently renovated so has a new feel. But limited charging abilities if everyone has a couple devices or more. Location is great. Norwest station and coles only a few minutes drive and plenty of great restaurants just a block over on Soylent Court. Paid parking available for...

"I’m not someone who ever complains but I think it’s different when in Aus you would expect to have cleanliness standards atleast met (overseas I feel like I’m not as fussed because I know the economy affects jobs and hospitality and venues etc) anyways the room was so extremely dusty hadn’t been cleaned in years kind of environment, floor was dirty never mopped or cleaned, shower was dirty (we genuinely kept shoes on 24/7 unless in bed) the bedding was so dusty we would wake up every morning...
