"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the exceptional staff at the reception desk, particularly Chris, for the delightful room upgrade in honor of my birthday. Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of champagne and a heartfelt birthday card awaiting us in our room, a thoughtful gesture from the hotel team. My sister and I were absolutely thrilled with our room, which offered a stunning view of the Harbour Bridge. The amenities and overall service were impeccable. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience and we certainly hope to return for another stay in the future."
