"Have stayed here on a few occasions, and have always had a great experience - however this time the room I was given (#16, which ironically has been the same room on at least 2 previous occasions) was riddled with small flying insects, No idea how they got in, (the door was only opened to enter and exit, not left open and the windows were all shut) but there were everywhere and attracted to the lights. "Ac can only go down to 23 degrees control locked to this, shame as still warm in room for sleeping, shower grout mouldy and bed had an electric underblanket and conection "

"There was no water coming from hot water tap in shower. Remote for TV needed new batteries . Guest information folder was not clean on inside. Beds were tired."
