"Old rooms and everything is old and worn. Still comfortable, just not modern. Noisy doors, have to nearly slam them them to close. Coffee & fridge area is tiny, shower in the bath with a shower curtain that doesn’t keep the water in. Very restricting for tallish people."

The Arrivals reception area on the 15th floor had amazing views looking out over the parliament buildings area. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Ayesha stood out she was extremely helpful."

"The hotel is in a great location. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away. We were given a free upgrade to a beautiful room that had a kitchenette and lounge area. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and black out curtains ensured a good sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."
