The windows are old some cannot be closed and the noise is quite some in the nighttime. Pigeons are also nesting outside the window, they should be eradicated with proper protection (ie spears for them not to sit)"

Clean room and attentive staff and reception even during off peak season. New hotel. Different areas of the room were at different level with an inch step.... no issue once you get used to it."

"First time for us to Nepal and we stayed 2 nights at Kathmandu Garden Home Hotel before trekking to EBC. Comfort bed, wide room, responsive staffs. Delicious Breakfast gave us more energy before doing long trip. "

"Nice hotel that is close to Boudha Stupa which has good restaurants and tourist shops. The hotek had a good restaurant for lunch and dinner and drinks but breakfast is buffet but not kept hot. Mostly Asian style breakfast foods. That was the only negative. The room was clean and spacious and lobby is nicely decorated as is the pool and courtyard areas. Quite comfortable."
