"The staff at the port square hotel were amazing. They knew we flew in from the U.S. and were very cognizant of how tired we were and did everything they could possibly do to get us an early check in. They absolutely came through for us. Also when we left to catch our cruise ship I forgot my medicine in the refrigerator. We called the hotel and they said they had the medicine and they arranged for a cab to bring the medicine to the port. I was so thankful! Maria we really appreciate everything...
