"The property and process of check in was very good. No frills just straight forward direction. Retro decor which was very cool. Location was great, 3 blocks from ocean st and about 1.2 miles to the convention center and all the shops and restaurants. The only downside is the parking if you have a car."

"First off, the woman who manages was awesome, so kind and helpful at our arrival. I know there's not always a manager/staff on site, but lucky for us, she was. Walking into the room it smelled and looked CLEAN. Nice view of the city. Air conditioning worked great, as it was a warm day. Great parking garage a block away (for a fee, but well worth it. A car parked on the street near another hotel had their window bashed open). Lots of places to eat, had that awesome Long Beach downtown vibe all...

"They don't say this upfront, but there are no elevators! They hide it in their listing under accessibility instead of telling customers outright. The process getting in was super easy, but our room was nothing like the listing. I reserved a king room with a small kitchenette, but when we got there it was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit with no king bed. Tried to text the number they provided but didn't hear back. Also charging $40 a night for parking is insane. There is tons of free parking...

"There was no coffee in the room and when we asked if we could have coffee from the lobby they said as early as you want as long as it’s after 8 AM. The bed was squeaky. The area was sketchy."

"The lady at the desk was really nice and friendly. Easy parking close to my room door. Smelled clean and fresh as soon as I walked in the room. Room and bathroom were neat and clean, A/C worked good. Know that this in not a modern motel, the style is dated but well kept. And it's right off the freeway which was really convenient. It was everything I needed, clean, quiet, easy parking, quick easy check-in/check-out, the best deal in the area. Will definitely stay again whenever attending...
