"The room was large and the ground floor coffee is good (not the breakfast coffee). But the room smelled of cigarette smoke (we changed rooms), there was no toilet paper initially, only one towel for two people, poorly fitted bathroom units, no shower curtain, constant road noise, malfunctioning door, and no “do not disturb” signs."

"I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. The hotel has great facilities, ideal for families.
