"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the moment I arrived.
No one welcomed me when I got to the hotel and the overall attitude of the staff was unfriendly from the very first interaction with the valet staff.
The staff told me the parking lot was full and refused to let me leave my vehicle at the entrance even for a few minutes so I could check in. This made the arrival process unnecessarily stressful.
