"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Lovely hotel across from the train station. A bit noisy outside if the windows were opened, but amazing how they keep the sound out when they are closed. Didn’t get to have breakfast because our flight was very early. Front desk got us a cab in 2 minutes. "

"The room and hotel was very nice. We did not have the hotel breakfast. We found a very good pastry nearby. The hotel is in a location that is a lengthy walk from the shopping areas and historic area. Not a lot going on along the waterfront."

"Our room's AC did not work. The hotel is in a convenient location walkable to Trevie fountain but the hotel staff is not very friendly. We did not have a good experience with the staff. Rooms are clean would not stay here again. Fyi they will not let you check in early or a late check out. Hotel is walkable to metro. "

"This is an elegant, old-world hotel and is beautifully maintained. The staff were very gracious and helpful. The room was large with high ceilings, an elegant bathroom and a small balcony opening out to the bay. There was a hot water kettle with packs of coffee and a mini-fridge. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a lovely spot for a drink at sunset. The waterfront area directly in front of the hotel is great for walking, and is being refinished very attractively with gray paving stones. It is a 10-12 minute walk along the waterfront to Molo Beverello port for ferries to Capri, Amalfi, etc."

"From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave your be disappointed Maybe they just hate foreigners. But I am English and got the feeling I wasn’t welcome from the moment I arrived. Got given a 20m toilet for 800 euros. Shower was broken. Didn’t fix. Toilet didn’t flush. 3 star"

"Property was amazing. Staff was helpful. Location was central but surrounding area was not too clean. Great for access to attractions and restaurants. Far from costal area which was great."
