"Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible. The front of the property was nightmare with cars. overall experience was very good."

"We had a perfect stay. Excellent beeakfast with amazing selections, wonderful Staff, especially Rora, She made my mom feel important. The air conditioning works well. Even the hallway is not hot. The afternoon tea is a nice treat after a long day . The location is nice. There were plenty of restaurants near by as well as a great money exchange place. I highly recommend it."

"AC needs to turn on on the hallway of 10 floor . Without AC it’s very smell."

"Very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. This resort is truly exceptional, excellent value and Japanese hospitality at its best. The spa was wonderful, as were the pools and restaurants. A bit more variety in the menus was the only thing I would have asked for, but everything else was exceptional. We stayed for 4 nights and would 100% stay again! "

"Breakfast buffet was the best, the coffee was amazing the food selection was incredible and very tasty. The hotel overall was very nice, we did have some plumbing issues with the shower draining properly but as soon as we reported it the hotel got it fixed right away. The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly. "
