"Location is excellent as really close to the tram, shops and historic centre. Room was clean and quiet despite being right in town. Hotel staff were super friendly and polite. Our main issue was that the room we booked for 3 adults (we are friends) didnt have a bathroom door! It was open plan and had a mirror positioned in exactly the wrong place so people sitting on the bed could see inside the shower. The toilet was in a separate cubicle but didnt have a sink, meaning you had to come out of the loo and go into the main bathroom bit, the loo also had a frosted glass sliding door that didn't give much privacy. Probably fine for a couple but we all get a bit awkward!"
