"Booked a room for two adults and one child. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was not made, found a spare duvet and pillow in the cupboard but no sheet. My son just used the duvet to wrap himself. The next day, our room was cleaned, bed was made, but not the sofa bed. We should probably have asked for the sheet but as we were only there for three nights, we didn’t bother. We just took the duvet cover for my son to use it as a sheet. "Room was not in shape: burning whole in carpet, broken toilet cover, heating broken. Yet, most people of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is fine as typical buffet. "

"The room was very clean and was about a 20 minute walk to nearby shops. A tram stop was less than 5 minutes away, hotel offers a free travel card. "

"A lovely hotel very (easy walk with bags) close to the railway station and tram stops. Walkable to old town (10-15 minutes) and a good breakfast. The room was modern with the refrigerator stocked with some soft drinks, juice, beer and Prosecco included. Extremely helpful staff who made us dinner recommendations and reservations at a local restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel door. A nice grocery store was also next door where we purchased salads and sandwiches. Would stay again. "

"Hotel location is close to train station, which makes traveling easy. We got a Basel card, which offers free bus/tram rides upon check in. The room is a bit small, but clean. View outside our window is great. Room is warm when we check in, so we open the window. Not too noisy. The breakfast is on top floor, and not to miss the view. "

"Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport."
