"Super overnight stay at the Brittania, shame I was solo this trip as was welcomed with a upgrade to a fantastic room wasted on me lol, shame about breakfast which I missed as service didn't start until 7.30am my flight was 8.40am, would have got all 5☆ if breakfast started at 6am, big old building lots of character, could do with a bit of tlc, otherwise great stay."

"Very good hotel in a good location. The room very clean, lovely comfortable bed and excellent shower. The security guy on the door was very pleasant too and gives a good sense of safety. I slept like a log. Shame there are only 2 or 3 parking spaces outside, because the nearby car park is about £20 for the night but they cant magic space out of nowhere. I will stay here again. "
