They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. "We booked this room during a terrible storm at 8pm. My friend had called previously to confirm the room was available before booking on Expedia. Unfortunately, the owner canceled and said the room was destroyed by a previous client and he could not book it. To understand what was going on, we called and got a different response.
