"This place had the best breakfast I had in my entire trip. Cooked to order and it was just fantastic. The building seems to be very old and even spooky, but overall the stay was pretty good."

"Hotel is run down and in a poor state. Only interaction I had with staff was on check in and check out and nothing bad to say about the staff, although the maid continually knocked on our door one morning saying “house keeping” “house keeping” at about 08:00am which I was not impressed about being as we were checking out before 11 (check out time) anyway.
Unless you get a bargain don’t bother."

"Hotel nice but rooms outdated and very tired looking, especially the bathroom. Main entrance door to hotel not working and carpet upon entry very grubby.Seemed to be maintenance going on on the top floor and one lift out of service. On the plus side comfy bed, nice staff and pleasant restaurant area."

"Hopefully you’ve read some of the other reviews, because unfortunately, they are absolutely accurate.
I booked this hotel quite far in advance and really wish I had seen the recent reviews mentioning that the elevator had been broken for over a month. As of early October, it was still broken. Having to use the stairs with luggage was extremely inconvenient, and it’s frustrating that the hotel continues to accept bookings without making this issue much more prominent.
Unfortunately, the...

"The room had a funky smell. It wasn't the greatest. The staff were helpful. I do believe since Leonardo have taken over Jury's Inn, the standards have slipped massively. I should have stayed in a Premier Inn"

"This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very well presented and clean. The breakfast was great, with plenty of scrambled eggs, beans, bacon or sausage, toast, croissants, fruit and yoghurt. The coffee machine is accessible all day.
Plenty of parking if not busy but fills quickly so get there early.
Do wish that hotels would leave the smart functions operational on the room TVs so guests can access their Netflix accounts!"
