"A brief one night stay in between taking the sleeper - room was large and beds were comfortable. Ideally situated in the centre of Inverness we were able to get about easily. Did not have breakfast but did use the bar - service was friendly and prompt. Use of the luggage room was also handy as we took a tour out to Loch Ness in the rain. Hotel did provide umbrellas!"

"Stayed for one night. Extremely helpful and sweet staff. My husband had to work next day so they offered a lounge space post check out where he could sit and work until 5pm, which was very sweet of them, Although the rooms were not well maintained there were cobwebs in the corners and behind the radiator some food trash was lying."
