The staff were great and location was fantastic, I was also impressed that there was a heated indoor pool, but there were 2 things of the room that needs improvement - 1) the room was too cold even with heaters turned to the max, 2) because of the design of the shower, shower water leaked to the rest of the toilet.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung genutzt. Daher waren gesteigerte Annehmlichkeiten nicht gefordert. Das Hotel hat wegen seines Alters keinen Aufzug, keine Klimaanlage und keine eigenen Parkplätze, was aber wegen der Vielzahl an öffentlichen Parkplätzen in der Nähe nicht schlimm ist. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Frühstück ist gut, aber alles eben etwas älter. Für unsere Zwecke war das Hotel ideal, und wir würden es wieder für 1-2 Nächte buchen.

Persönliche Betreuung in gemütlichem Altstadthotel

Das Hotel hat eine zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage innerhalb der Altstadt. Das geschichtsträchtige, stattliche Gebäude bietet geräumige, sehr saubere Zimmer. Die Bäder sind schon etwas älter, aber fast makellos sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten empfand ich als sehr bequem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der herzliche Service, sehr persönlich und überaus aufmerksam. So etwas findet man in größeren Hotels quasi nie. Das inkludierte Frühstücksbuffet war von hoher Qualität und von ausreichendem Umfang. Als einzige Anregung würde ich empfehlen, die relativ alten Föhn-Geräte in den Bädern mittelfristig zu tauschen. Ich wünsche dem Hotel, dass es noch viele Jahrzehnte bestehen und Gäste empfangen kann.

Es ist zwar alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Das kleine Hallenbad, Dampfbad und Sauna ist ein tolles Angebot. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Nur die Sitzplatzvergabe ist etwas seltsam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
