"This hotel was excellent. There was always a staff member on site who spoke English, and they were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were updated and clean. We were worried about space but found the rooms to be more spacious than expected. The water pressure of the showers was AMAZING. The onsite coffee shop and bar were wonderful. The hotel was about a 10min walk from the shibuya station but very close the shibuya scramble. We were also very close to a park which was very lively and...

"I stayed for two nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel in Roppongi and had a wonderful experience! The hotel has such a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere — you immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. The lobby and reception area are elegant, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. My room was beautifully designed, modern, and perfectly clean.
