"Clean room, breakfast buffet (or snack pack if leaving early), great airport shuttle "

"The check-in process was easy. The staff are very friendly. But the room itself was lacking. The King bed only had 2 pillows, not 4. The bathroom only contained one bath towel, one hand towel, and the bath rug. No washcloth. The quality of the towels was not high…they were thin and not fluffy. The shower floor was very slippery when wet, and was not safe. Amenities were lacking: no coffee maker, no clock, and the tv was very small."

"Our room was next to a room that was flooded and the smell on the corridor was awful. I don't understand why they put us on that floor, near that room, when the hotel was not at all at full capacity. The breakfast was OK. I will not stay at this hotel again. Calling this a 5* hotel is ridiculous."

"We highly recommend adding the breakfast to your reservation. The breakfast buffet they put out was most excellent. It had a huge amount of options for food selection. We cannot recommend this highly enough! We found the location to be great. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see. The location to Castle Hill was great. The staff were always friendly and helpful, their English was appreciated."

"The hotel was well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. However, the room was compact, limiting the seating area. Consequently, guests were required to sit on the bed to watch television. The bathroom was satisfactory, with impressive water pressure for the shower. Nevertheless, the drain was inadequate, causing water to overflow from the shower stall. To prevent flooding, guests had to manually control the water flow; turn it on and off several times during each showering. The buffet was...

"Ein Grand Hotel was in die Jahre gekommen ist und leider die Wartung der Technik vernachlässigt. Der Badewannen-Einlass ist defekt, lediglich die Handbrause funktioniert; bei den Herren Toiletten im EG ist der Griff ausgerissen und nackte Schrauben stehen raus . Die Fenster zur Donauseite lassen sich ledigloch spaltbreit öffen. Wie man bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel das Restaurant Abends schliesst und man lediglich in Bistro bzw im Nachbar Hotel speisen kann, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Frühstück...

"Die Kaffeemaschine könnte neu kalibriert werden. Sonnst alles bestens. "

"An excellent location near the metro and tram stop and a couple of good local taprooms. Easy from the airport and not in the Ruin bar party area. A lot of the airlines use this hotel which gives you a good indication that it must be ok. Only downside is the rooms are not the biggest but an adequate size for a city break!"

"Picked this hotel for pre-cruise stay. The entrance is a challenge to find due to one way streets in the area but it is a great location. Walkable to all the shopping and sights on the Pest side of Budapest."
